The Aegis Archetypes

At Ex Populus, we’ve been watching the collecting of the first set of trading cards, the Decentralized Autonomous GigaUnits. We decided to break the types of collectors we see into a few different “Archetypes” to celebrate and recognize our community members. Ex Populus is very excited for the first “Aegis Event” taking place on the 28th of April. During the Aegis Event, the Ex Populus community will receive free “Cryptograms”. Cryptograms are “encrypted envelopes” that contain Imbuements and Cybernetics. Cryptograms can’t be opened without the appropriate Cypher.

All Archetypes receive cryptograms during the Aegis events and the first event is on April 28th. Please find full descriptions of each Archetype below!

Initiators: Any collector of a rare, epic or legendary card that acquired the card during its initial minting. This means you acquired the card when it was first made available during the primary minting event(s) and never listed, transferred, traded or sold it.

Assemblers: Any collector of all 4 houses of any evolved tier. This means within the same wallet you have at least one house of god card, one house of machines card, one house of beasts card and one house of man card, each one being rare, epic or legendary.

Strategists: Any collector with 12 or more evolved cards in the same wallet.

Peacocks: Any collector that has collected 4 or more evolved cards with the same visual trait, exhibiting true adoration for XP Trading cards with specific visual appeal.

Evolved: Any collector that has any quantity of rare, epic or legendary cards in any combination qualifies for Aegis.

Commoners: The collectors of free common cards. Yes, even commoners can receive some Aegis Implements.
